So, my husband and I have been juicing a lot more lately.  I usually try to have fresh juice 3 to 5 times a week.  To that end we are always trying to do this easily and with little fuss.  Here is a quick juice recipe.  In 5 minutes this mix of celery, carrot, cucumber, apples, pears, ginger, and lemon

turned into this

The only changes I made were the addition of 2 apples and I did not use all of the ginger.  I used about a thumb size amount.  The juice was fantastic.
