Okay, I’m really excited because yesterday was the first time that I can recall in recent memory that I achieved my 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day.   I had 3 servings of fruit and 2 servings of vegetables.   Have you gotten your 5 A DAY?  I did 30 minutes of exercise as well.  So on that front it was a good day.
