It’s sad that the only time they want to HELP is when it becomes a PUBLIC issue.

Note Jeff is a PR guy. He’s not concerned about customer service, or business practices, or even what’s right… just about image. His job isn’t to fix the polices and attitudes that are the root cause of your frustration, he just wants to fix YOUR problem, and only because you posted it publicly, and only so you’ll go away.

Sorry Jeff, sprinkling magic “fix it” dust over squeaky wheels isn’t enough. I think the company needs an attitude adjustment, not just a PR make over.

I hope you enjoy it. What I love about this recipe is that it is basically foolproof. I don’t think there is much you can do to mess it up and the bread tastes great with or without the icing.
